The members of the Defence Manufacturers Association (DMA) and the Society of British Aerospace
Companies (SBAC) have voted to merge, forming an even more powerful trade association servicing and
representing over 800 UK companies operating in the civil air transport, defence, security and space sectors.
The new organisation will be launched on 1 October 2009.
